In this 7 days and three parts workshop, I’ll give you techniques to handle better the challenges that come into your life. I’ll help you as well to see the mental backpack you’re carrying and we will focus on what keeps you away to enjoy your life. It’s about to get to the secret behind what you know on one hand and on the other hand to learn how you can be more resilient.

Details of Package
Relaxation Session - Meditation & Relaxation Qi Gong Session - mix of soft Pranayama (breathing) and Qi Gong movements to connect with yourself - a time to relax and focus on you. "Arche-Type" analyses followed by meditation session to get your ressources for the workshop.
Resilience Workshops - in two workshop sessions we'll work through the eight areas of the resilience circle (awareness, adoption, reflection, own needs, solution orientation, relationship network, self-competence, goal planning). In each area you'll learn techniques out of kinesiology, from NLP (Neuroliguistic Programming) and as well systematic tools. You'll experience these tools live on your own related to your personal challenges you're carrying. Goal is to give you the practical experience and knowledge that you're able to use these tools in your daily life and to dissolve existing problems/challenges allready.
Personal Coachings - private coaching session where we can go deep in what you have to solve. I'm working with kinesiology muscle testing to get connection to you sub-consciusness. There we'll find "what is really the issue" and how we can solve it for you. Depending on the progress of the session as well systematic work ("family posing") or other techniques can be used - we never know where at the end it goes but that you experience a direct release of your personal topic you're struggling with.
